Our Flex Fuel conversion kits are easy to install and are available for almost every fuel injected car on the road.

Imagine your car quickly and easily on fuel E85 ethanol.

1. Connect the adapter to the injector connectors.
Find a cool, dry place, not near the exhaust system and radiatorwhich
radiates heat.

2. Connect black cable (it is ''-'' pole ground) on the car ground body

3. Plug the yellow '' +'' 12V cable(!But it is not necessary plug the yellow cable
becasue unit take +12V from the Injectors) the ignition switch or on the fuses
15A-20A, where is the power after turning the key to the II. We recommend
use a voltmeter and we also recommend add 10 A fuse on the yellow '' + '' cable
from the adapter.

4. Cable with eye is digital temperature sensor for automatic engine cold start.
Use bolt on the engine head or near engine where the current engine
temperature.
!CAREFULLY connect fragile temperature sensor!But Not on
the exhaust pipe.
!ATTENCION sensor must be connected to the engine Ground.
CONNECTION PROCEDURE
For first engine start set mode (Mode Change) Benzin and next set Auto.
!!Do not connect''+''pole (yellow cable) directly on to battery!!
If your oxygen sensor works will be able to use automatic mode AUTO.
If your car has an oxygen sensor or damaged, you should select the type of
manually fuels (petrol, E70 or E85) prior to starting the engine.

5.Perform the first start in PETROL MODE!!!
!!! DO NOT PLUG IN  ´´+´´  POLE ON THE BATTERY !!!

When the ignition key is switched off, the unit has to be turned off.

WHILE INSTALLING, IT IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY TO FIND THE RIGHT ´´+´´ 15A-20A IGNITION C

CAUTION !!! Place the unit in a dry and the coldest place away from the engine and exhaust

The unit is programmed with a button on the unit, it is not necessary to use USB

!!!CAUTION!!!For each type of engine, it is necessary to set the unit in order to blend not too lean or too rich. Everything depends on the power and duration of injection of the given engine. A smaller percentage of injection settings on the unit do not necessarily mean lower consumption.

The control unit has 6 modes, 5 of modes can be programmed:

-0.petrol mode – without adjustment of injection (non-programmable)
-1.E70 mode - programmable
-2.E85 mode - programmable
-3.AUTO mode - fully automatic programmable
-4.COLD START mode - AUTOMATIC and MANUAL- programmable
-5.INJECTION TIMING mode- programmable

-sub-mode AUTOMATIC COLD START
-cold starts are adjusted by processor using a digital temperature sensor and calculates enrichment by the current engine temperature from +30°C to -30°C

-sub-mode MANUAL COLD START- cold start can be activated at any time as required by turning the ignition key to II position and waiting 10 seconds before the start (enrichment value is according to the current setting, we recommend 70%). It is necessary to connect the yellow cable to the switch + 12 V after turning the key.
